“Navigating the RAL Construction Process”

WINDSOR, CA – H. Steve Clark, president and CEO of Windsor based Owner Builder Advisors, LLC., (OBA) has been selected to speak at the virtual Residential Assisted Living National Conference (RALNATCON 2020) on October 9, 2020 @ 10:45 am.

In his presentation, Mr. Clark will share his knowledge and expertise of “Navigating the RAL Construction Process” with conference attendees and exhibitors. Mr. Clark’s extensive knowledge has benefited hundreds of RAL developers, investors, private lenders, and commercial lenders across the country allowing these stakeholders to better manage their potential risk throughout the construction investing, building, and lending process.

Mr. Clark’s consulting firms have been providing extensive due diligence and risk management services to both the commercial and private lending industries nationwide for the past twenty-two years. The firm’s menu of oversight and risk management services include site selection/review, permit processing, floor plan development, budget development, design team vetting, general and subcontractor vetting, construction contract review, construction budget development and analysis, progress site meeting coordination & attendance, payment application & construction loan progress inspections, and a subscription service for their owner representation/oversight services.

Mr. Clark has successfully received licensing in the State of California as both a general engineering contractor (“A”) and a general building contractor (“B”) as well as his certification as a Certified Document Technologist (CDT) and a Residential Assisted Living Developer. He also holds several construction industry certifications from such organizations as the Residential Assisted Living Association (RALA), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Risk Management Association, Construction Specifications Institute, the American Construction Inspection Association, OSHA, and the National Association of Construction Inspectors.
